TL:DR of all this is to pretty much just not ever upload any photos to Dognet until unlocking this achievement to avoid getting too many fans, do all the Photo Challenges to fully unlock the store, and when you get to Muttropolis, to then grind out the gold bones to buy everything.
#PUPPERAZZI XBOX ACHIEVEMENTS FOR FREE#
I think it was a good move, since I got tracker progress after buying some level times of the day I had before unlocked for free in the my first hour runthrough. I say most likely because I quit and deleted my save and started over before I verified it may have glitched, just to be safe and save time. My first time playing for about an hour, I uploaded every photo to Dognet, and I ended up with tons of followers, which unlocked some film types and level times for free, which of course would most likely mess up this achievement. So that should be it, it should be fairly simple to avoid this achievement "glitching". Pupperazzi, the game that charges you with photographing (and petting) as many dogs as possible, launches into Xbox Game Pass later this month on January 20th. You'll want to grab the items floating in the bubbles as well, as that will add those items to the vending machines so you can use them whenever.

Feel free to take tons of pictures while working towards Muttropolis and even while gold bone grinding, as they will still count towards both the Puppypedia, and the various camera related achievements. The vending machines in the levels don't have anything to do with the achievement, only buying the shop items from the "world map" matter. But you should be fine just gaining the two fans for doing the objectives each time, as you should get to Muttropolis before getting too many fans anyway. You'll unlock things like the first lens, double jump, and selfie ability before that, but those seem to be only freebies, not something that can ever be bought. But at the same time, I'm not 100% sure, as it might have been a specific objective, or number of completed objectives that unlocked it. I want to say it was around 60 fans when I unlocked the city. But you also need a certain amount of fans to unlock the basic Sunny Boardwalk, and then the basic Sunny Muttropolis level, where you will start collecting the gold bones to buy everything. So what you want to do is avoid getting too many fans, which will then unlock the camera part or level times for you for free, which do not seem to count for the achievement. Each completed objective will also get you 2 fans. All you have to do is leave and return to a level to reset that though. You can only upload a certain amount before each photo is then considered spam and no longer gets you points.

It is worth 20 points and can be received for: Take a close-up dog photo at Buppy Boardwalk at every time of day. Which you mainly get by uploading your photos to the Dognet. Beach Explorer is an achievement in Pupperazzi.

The other way is getting fans in the game. The best way I found to get these objectives to show up, was to just leave a level and return after completing each one. You unlock more shop items be doing the Photo Challenge objectives. First is the obvious, just buy them with the gold bones you earn and find. Your job is to take pictures of all of them and share them on the internet. So basically camera parts, film types and different level times of the days seem to be able to be unlocked in two different ways.
